Apprenticeship & Training

Training the Workforce of Tomorrow

Why Choose an Apprenticeship in the Trades

Our apprenticeship program offers a unique “earn-while-you-learn” model. You begin working from day one, receiving pay and benefits while gaining hands-on jobsite training plus classroom instruction.
These are nationally-recognized, registered programs designed for long-term career growth, not short-term internships.

Key benefits:

  • Paid position every step of the way

  • Progressive wage increases as you advance

  • No student-loan debt tied to training

  • Full eligibility for benefits and retirement once you complete the program

Program Structure & What You’ll Learn

The program lasts 3-5 years (depending on craft) and blends on-the-job training with related technical classroom instruction.
Components:

  • On-the-Job Training (OJT): Majority of your time is spent working on active construction sites under supervision.

  • Related Technical Instruction (RTI): Evening or scheduled classes teach blueprint reading, tool operation, safety, applied math, and trade-specific skills.

  • Safety & Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, First Aid/CPR, craft-specific credentials.

  • Progression & Journeyman Status: Each year you progress to higher wage tiers and trade responsibility.
