Why Choose an Apprenticeship in the Trades
Our apprenticeship program offers a unique “earn-while-you-learn” model. You begin working from day one, receiving pay and benefits while gaining hands-on jobsite training plus classroom instruction.
These are nationally-recognized, registered programs designed for long-term career growth, not short-term internships.
Key benefits:
Paid position every step of the way
Progressive wage increases as you advance
No student-loan debt tied to training
Full eligibility for benefits and retirement once you complete the program
Program Structure & What You’ll Learn
The program lasts 3-5 years (depending on craft) and blends on-the-job training with related technical classroom instruction.
